Overview

Educator role at Goodstart Early Learning – Redland Bay

Role: Educator (Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education). Location: Redland Bay. Centre: Goodstart Redland Bay. Employment Type: Full time – Monday to Friday, 6.00am to 6.45pm. Pay: $32.43 – $36.53 per hour, including superannuation and additional benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Lead your own room and manage a team of Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.
  • Ensure safety and inclusivity, tailoring learning experiences to meet the needs of all children.

You'll Need
  • Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
