About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to support a leading sales agent by managing administrative tasks, coordinating transactions, overseeing marketing efforts, and streamlining operations. Your support will enable the agent to focus on client service and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:

Manage the agent's schedule, appointments and calendar
-
Handle incoming calls, emails and messages
-
Prepare and organise paperwork, contracts and documents
-
Enter client information into the CRM database
-
Conduct research and gather relevant information
Transaction Coordination:
-
Liaise with clients, lenders, inspectors and other parties involved in the sales process
-
Assist in preparing and organising contracts and settlement documentation
Marketing and Listing Management:
-
Create property listings and (preferably) manage social media accounts
-
Coordinate advertising campaigns and track marketing performance
Client Relations:
-
Respond to client enquiries and provide information
-
Ensure effective communication and timely follow-ups
-
Handle phone calls one day per week when the agent is in appointments

Conduct final inspections
Skills and Experience:
-
Prior experience working in the real estate industry is essential
-
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
-
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to various proptech systems
-
High attention to detail
-
Confidence to work both collaboratively and independently
-
Current full Australian driver's licence
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
