A fantastic role for someone ready to take that next step into leading infrastructure projects, working across international environments and still keeping hands-on with day-to-day technical support.

You'll work closely with the Head of Technology and wider project teams to deliver key infrastructure initiatives, from system upgrades and network improvements to security enhancements. It's a broad and varied role that offers genuine scope for growth and development.

Day to day duties include:

  • Lead and support IT infrastructure projects across systems, networks, and applications
  • Maintain and optimise servers, storage, and core business systems for performance and reliability
  • Provide hands-on technical and helpdesk support to local and global teams
  • Collaborate with regional technology teams on global initiatives and process improvements
  • Contribute to documentation, testing, and training to strengthen IT operations

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Solid technical grounding across Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking
  • Experience with virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V)
  • Cloud exposure (Azure) beneficial but not essential
  • Experience leading technical projects
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service mindset
  • Proactive and collaborative, someone who takes initiative and enjoys improving systems and processes
