Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced
Workday Tester
with strong exposure to
Workday integrations
, ideally using
Boomi
or similar integration platforms. The candidate will be responsible for validating integration workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting end-to-end testing across various Workday modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for Workday integrations (especially Boomi-based).
  • Validate inbound and outbound data flows between Workday and third-party systems.
  • Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand integration and business requirements.
  • Conduct functional, regression, and system testing across Workday modules.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using standard test management tools.
  • Support UAT and production testing phases.
  • Ensure adherence to data security and privacy standards during all test phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum
    4+ years
    of experience in
    Workday testing
    , focusing on integrations.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Workday Core HCM, Studio, EIB, and Report Writer
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    Boomi
    or other integration platforms (MuleSoft, SnapLogic, etc.).
  • Proficiency in
    XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST APIs
    , and file-based integrations.
  • Experience with test management tools such as
    JIRA
    or
    HP ALM
    .
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday certification
    in Integration or HCM.
  • Experience working in
    Agile/Scrum
    environments.
  • Exposure to
    Workday Payroll, Benefits, or Finance
    modules.
