Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Adelaide, SA for an Assistant Operations Manager, working hand in hand with the Asset Manager on a range of commercial, industrial and residential properties. The successful applicant will be tasked with overseeing daily operations, coordinating refurbishment projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing contractors. They will also be responsible for supporting the Asset Manager in optimising processes and maintaining equipment throughout the portfolio.

What you'll do:

· Collaborate with the Asset Manager and external property managers to deliver exceptional facilities management services, including capital projects.

· Ensure properties are well maintained, safe, and compliant with regulations.

· Oversee maintenance contracts, monitor performance, and manage onsite contractors.

· Conduct regular inspections, report on building conditions, and coordinate timely repairs.

· Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.

What we're looking for:

· Experience in facilities or operations experience is highly desirable

· Good working knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Tech savvy with strong computer literacy

A valid driver's licence required (standard car licence)
