About the Role:

We're seeking an Entry Level Bookings Assistant to support our team with the smooth running of day-to-day bookings. You'll be responsible for processing and managing job requests through client portals, calling venues to confirm details, and keeping our booking notes and schedules up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging and updating job bookings via client portals
  • Contacting venues and clients to confirm booking details and requirements
  • Adding detailed notes and updates to job files and schedules
  • Assisting with general administrative duties as required
  • Supporting the bookings and operations team with daily tasks

About You:

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with clients and venues
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation
  • Able to manage time and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and other scheduling software
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
