Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Picker and Packer to join our Fulfillio warehouse team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will pick and pack orders, operate warehouse machinery such as forklifts and order pickers, and use computers and hand gun scanners to manage inventory. You will also assist with stock takes, inventory checks, and other warehouse tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. There will be opportunities to provide suggestions for improving warehouse efficiency and overall operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick items from inventory according to orders
  • Pack products securely and efficiently for shipping
  • Operate forklifts, order pickers, and other warehouse machinery safely
  • Use computers and hand gun scanners for order processing and inventory management
  • Conduct stock takes, inventory checks, and assist with warehouse organization
  • Follow all warehouse safety rules and maintain a safe working environment
  • Suggest improvements to warehouse operations and processes
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Report any discrepancies or operational issues to the warehouse supervisor

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment experience is an advantage but not essential
  • Forklift and/or order picker license preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers and scanners for warehouse operations
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends if required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Physical stamina to lift and handle packages safely
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid working visa in Australia
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards
