About the role

We are seeking an experienced Truck and Quad Driver to join our team in Edinburgh North, SA 5111. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of quarry materials to support construction projects across SA. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects within the Construction industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Operating Truck and Quad Dog to transport quarry materials to job sites
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe working condition
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road
  • Maintain accurate records of driving hours, fuel consumption, and other relevant data
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimise delivery schedules and routes

What we're looking for

  • Valid Heavy Combination (HC) driver's licence with a clean driving record
  • Minimum 3 years' experience operating Truck and Quad in a construction or transport environment
  • Strong knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for operating heavy vehicles
  • Construction White Card
  • Commitment to complete regular maintenance; including greasing and tensioning of tyres
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions
