Role purpose

We're on the lookout for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Guest Experience Representative to join our team.

As the first point of contact for visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest. From greeting customers and assisting with enquiries, to supporting retailers and centre operations — you'll be an ambassador for the Vicinity brand, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and care.

Please note the below:

- Part time position - 20hrs per week

- Must be available to work Wednesdays (9am - 5:30pm)

- Every 3rd week you will be required to work Saturday and Sunday

Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every visitor enjoys a positive experience.
  • Manage customer enquiries across all channels — in-person, phone, and email.
  • Provide information about centre services, amenities, and events.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers and support them with operational enquiries.
  • Assist with day-to-day centre operations, including contractor management, safety, and compliance.
  • Collect and report on customer feedback and enquiries to help improve the overall experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Guest Experience, Operations, and Centre Management teams to maintain high service standards.

About You
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, tourism, or concierge experience highly regarded).
  • Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and building genuine connections.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
