About the role:

  • Reviewing and drafting commercial contracts and other documents.
  • Be involved in a range of corporate/commercial matters such as, insolvency, corporate governance and corporate advisory.
  • Advising on the licensing of new brands.

The ideal candidate:

  • Lawyer (1+ PQE).
  • A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university, underpinned by strong academic records. 
  • Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational & time management skills.
