Hello, nice to meet you We're Q Agency, a rapidly growing digital agency in Penrith (Western Sydney) focused on delivering results for our clients.
Due to recent client wins in the paid media space we are looking to add a new face to our growing team. Our team combines expertise in design, marketing, data and strategy to create memorable experiences & work with a range of clients across a number of industries

The Role

We are looking for a Paid Digital Specialist to take a leadership role across multiple ecommerce, B2B & B2C accounts. You'll lead strategy, measurement, and execution for high-growth clients, ensuring their campaigns are data-driven, scalable, and commercially impactful. While your core focus remains paid media, your remit will expand to collaborating across web, social & creative teams to contribute to integrated, multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

Client Leadership & Communication

  • Lead relationships with senior stakeholders across large-scale client accounts.

Advanced Campaign Management & Execution

  • Oversee ad spend accounts, including clients with growth targets.
  • Support executives on campaign setup, A/B testing frameworks, and real-time optimisations.
  • Build integrated campaign strategies that span paid digital, SEO, CRM & web strategies.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Monthly/Weekly reporting across key client accounts

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Mentor junior team members, supporting their development.
  • Act as a strategic partner to the Head of Paid on planning & resourcing.
  • Contribute to internal process development and help shape scalable, repeatable performance processes.

Your Background

  • 2-4 years of paid media experience, with at least 2 years in an agency setting.
  • Strong performance history across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and broader digital platforms, with a bonus for TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap.
  • Experience managing small & large business budgets with a focus on real ROI.
  • Proactive across suggesting improvements and optimisations across accounts.
  • Strong commercial awareness, able to shape budget allocation and media planning to deliver against business objectives.
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills.
  • Experience in presenting media strategies to clients and collaborating with creative and strategy teams.
  • Based in Sydney and have Australian working rights.
