As part of our People Experience (PX) team, you'll play a hands-on role in creating a connected, welcoming, and efficient workplace. From supporting events and managing vendors to helping teams with tech troubleshooting and day-to-day operations, you'll be the go-to person for all things office experience. What will keep you busy... Deliver a workplace experience that inspires, engages, and supports the wellbeing of our people Be the friendly face of the office. Assisting employees and visitors with enquiries, meeting room setups, and events Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth transitions for new starters and leavers Keep our office stocked and running. Managing consumables, stationery, and IT equipment Provide basic tech support to keep devices, meeting rooms, and access systems working seamlessly Partner with remote teams to troubleshoot local issues and keep communication flowing What you'll bring... Experience in a business support, reception, or customer-facing role (corporate environment a must) A passion for creating community and driving social connection across the team Strong customer service and communication skills, you're approachable, proactive, and dependable A curious perspective with an interest in technology and innovation A knack for solving problems and improving processes Our Culture & Benefits At MYOB our values are at the heart of everything we do.
