We are seeking an experienced Home Demolition Excavator to join our team at Vinsan Home Demolition in Bayswater WA. This full time role is crucial in delivering our demolition services and supporting the broader objectives of the company.

What you'll be doing

  • Operating excavators and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently to carry out demolition work.
  • Completing pre-start inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.
  • Working closely with the demolition team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience as an excavator operator, ideally within the construction or demolition industry.
  • Formal qualifications in operating excavators and other heavy machinery.
  • Excellent knowledge of demolition techniques and safety protocols.
  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
