We are looking for wait staff a.k.a. hospitality superstars

If you love wine, are ecstatic about bespoke cocktails, keen on craft beers and can talk for hours on spirits? Does fresh produce and delicious, house-made food excite you? Do you want to make a difference in the hospitality scene and are passionate about creating a truly heartfelt experience for our guest and keen to share your knowledge with the team?

Come join us as we look for experienced and passionate front of house superstars to join the team as we are ready to reopen.

Requirements

  • You must be a strong team player, creative and self-motivated
  • You have an outgoing personality, an enthusiastic and positive attitude and loads of initiative
  • Experience working in a busy, fast-paced bar or restaurant, or other quality venue in a hands-on customer-facing role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • High standard of personal hygiene and professional presentation
  • Knowledge of current food and beverage trends, cocktail creation and premium wines and liquor
  • Have a passion for the industry and never settle for the mediocre
  • Full-time or Part time hours available. Two years' experience in a busy restaurant environment and wine knowledge are preferred, although plenty of training will be given to the right candidates
  • Have a valid RSA.
  • Smiles are part of the uniform at Cru Bar
