Join Our Team at Ben’s Burger - Fortitude Valley

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Front of House (FOH) Team Member to join our busy burger restaurant in Fortitude Valley. This is a casual role (15-25 hours per week) - perfect for uni or college students who are looking for flexible hours while gaining hospitality experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a positive and professional attitude
- Take orders accurately using POS system and handle payments
- Deliver food and drinks to tables with great customer service
- Assist with stock refills, cleaning, and maintaining FOH presentation
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices

**Requirements**:

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience (fast food or café/restaurant preferred)
- Must be available Friday all day, Thursday & Wednesday evenings, and weekend evenings
- Additional flexibility on other days/evenings is a plus
- Suitable for students seeking 15-25 hours per week
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and reliability are key
- Must have valid Australian work rights
- No sponsorship available for this role
