We're seeking a driven Senior Sales Representative to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on, relationship-driven sales role — ideal for someone who thrives on connecting with clients, building trust, and delivering tailored solutions. While there are elements of business development, your primary focus will be managing and expanding our client base and driving company growth through exceptional service and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial clients.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Conduct on-site visits and client consultations to understand project needs.
  • Prepare accurate quotes and scopes of work for residential and commercial projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Forecast and report on sales activity, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
  • Represent Urathane Solutions at client meetings and industry events.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in construction-related sales or account management.
  • A sound understanding of how homes are constructed—particularly foundations and site conditions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regionally as required.
