We're a busy, well-established fabrication workshop based in Kewdale looking for a highly skilled Boilermaker/Fabricator to join our team for an immediate start.

This is a full-time, permanent role for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants a stable, long-term opportunity in a supportive team environment.


About the Role

You'll be working in our Kewdale workshop, fabricating a wide variety of metal products to spec. This is not repetitive production work — we handle custom jobs across multiple industries, so every day brings something different.

Key responsibilities:

  • Fabrication and welding (GMAW/FCAW)
  • Operating machinery: guillotine, press brake, rollers, crane
  • Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings
  • Working autonomously to complete jobs to deadline
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and safety

About You

You're a reliable, skilled fabricator who can hit the ground running and add value from day one. You enjoy problem-solving and producing high-quality work you can be proud of.

To be successful, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of fabrication/boilermaking experience
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Excellent attention to detail and finishing
  • Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings
  • A current driver's licence
  • Forklift ticket (preferred but not essential)
  • Additional tickets or machine experience highly regarded
