We're on the hunt for a hands-on Assistant Store Manager who thrives on team engagement, lives and breathes safety, and doesn't flinch at a bit of paperwork.

Whether you come from Automotive or another fast-paced industry, if you're a current Supervisor/Team Leader ready to step up, multitask like a pro, and lead from the front, we want you in the driver's seat.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

  • Retail management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
  • Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we'll deliver the Auto.
  • Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
  • Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
