Casual Sales Consultant | David Jones

We are seeking an engaging, service-minded individual who is driven to achieve results and provide exceptional customer experiences. This role is located at our concession in David Jones Woden.

You will work as part of our Vita Business Area at Fiskars Group. This business area holds our indoor home brands –Waterford, Wedgwood, IITTALA, Royal Doulton & Royal Albert.

  • Be a Brand Ambassador for our iconic, luxury Brands
  • Concession Environment
  • Causal Position

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and maintain our high customer care standards
  • Maintain our visual merchandising standards through your eye for detail
  • Analyse, organise and manage stock to maximise sales
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Demonstrate genuine passion and enthusiasm for our brands

Experience:

  • Proven ability to lead a team to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Passion for our brands and the desire to act as an ambassador
  • Experience in luxury retail is advantageous but not a necessity
  • Excellent customer relationship building skills
  • Strong ability to convey product knowledge
  • Experience using POS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Responsible for the safety and performance of store employees
  • Willing to work weekends and additional hours at peak times such as clearance promotions, holiday coverage, public holidays
