MGF Health Hub is gearing up for a huge 2026, with major growth, expanded services, and new opportunities across our platform.

To support this next phase, we're looking for an exceptional
MGF Coach
who wants to grow with us.

THE ROLE

As an MGF Coach, you'll contribute across our three core pillars:

1. PERFORMANCE

Deliver premium coaching experiences that help members move better, feel better, and perform better.

This includes:

• Consistent, high-quality coaching across our training styles
• Technical excellence, energy, and clear communication
• Personalised cues, progressions, and support
• Helping members understand and feel their progress

2. EXPERIENCE

You'll be assigned your own
portfolio of members,
becoming their coach, accountability partner, and main point of contact.

Your responsibilities include:

• Weekly check-ins (tiered to member level)
• Tracking attendance & progress
• Following up when members fall off (in a supportive, human way)
• Celebrating wins, milestones & PBs
• Helping new members settle in and build confidence
• Ensuring everyone feels seen, supported, and valued

3. COMMUNITY

MGF isn't just a gym, it's a community.

You'll play an active role in:

• Events, run clubs, challenges & social nights
• Member celebrations
• Contributing to content & community storytelling
• Creating a welcoming, uplifting environment for every person who walks through our doors

Hybrid/functional background is a bonus, but not essential, attitude matters more.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
• First Aid & CPR
• Additional coaching, S&C or Pilates experience is a bonus (not required)
