We are looking for a Room Leader which will start in 5 January 2026 who thrive on work harmoniously with team members and stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment, and demonstrating respect for children's agency. This role will work with children age 6 months to 20 months old.

About Us

Bubup is a community, non-profit centre who provides opportunities for community engagement for children and staff through ongoing regular outings - Bubup Bush, Bubup Beach, 3 Parks next door and local community visits such as library, Coles supermarket, Op Shops, Bunnings, etc.

About You:

  • Holding Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as Room Leader
  • Provision of a current Working with Children Check Card
  • A current approved first aid qualification, annual CPR, anaphylaxis management training and emergency asthma management training,
  • A sound understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education is required.
  • Child Protection Training required on an annual basis.
  • Having Work Rights Full-time in Australia without restrictions
