Bubup is a community-run, not-for-profit centre who provides opportunities for community engagement for children and staff through ongoing regular Outings – Bubup Bush, Beach program, three local Parks and local community visits such as library, Coles supermarket, Op Shops, Bunnings, etc.

We are looking for a Room Leader who thrive on work harmoniously with team members and stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment, and demonstrating respect for children's agency. This position will commence on 5 January 2026. This role is for children age 6 months to – 2 years old room.

About You:

  • Holding Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • Having years of experience as Room Leader
  • Provision of a current Working with Children Check Card
  • A current approved first aid qualification, annual CPR, anaphylaxis management training and emergency asthma management training,
  • A sound understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education is required.
  • Child Protection Training required on an annual basis.
  • Having Work Rights Full-time in Australia without restrictions
