About The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Infrastructure and Cloud Engineer to join our dynamic Infrastructure Support team. This is a hands-on technical role where you will:

• Manage and support a range of platforms including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Backup platform, VMWare, Intune, SCCM, and WINTEL services (DHCP, DNS, email services, Domain Controllers).
• Provide Level 3 support across all platforms and infrastructure services.
• Contribute to project delivery, improvement initiatives, and security hardening.
• Participate in data centre operations and share day-to-day operational responsibilities with your team.
• Collaborate with a team of 6 engineers and work closely with a broader Operations team of 20, including network, cloud, and security specialists.
• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.

We are excited about you because you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in a medium to large enterprise or relevant industry.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure and VMWare (essential).
• Desirable certifications in Cyber Security, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft AI Services.
• A strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and a proactive approach to infrastructure management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A passion for learning and innovation—especially as we begin to implement AI technologies across the organisation.
