Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner

About the role

We are offering a permanent part time family dispute resolution practitioner (FDRP) role in the team at our Kwinana and West Leederville and office. The position requires a Registered FDRP. Experience in a facilitative model applied across parenting and financial matters is essential. The current vacancy is 3-4 days per week.

Skills, experience, and qualifications

· A FDRP Registration Number

· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in a clinical environment

· Ability to assess for child and safety risks

· Ability to apply facilitative dispute resolution between conflictual parties

· Ability to balance clinical and administrative tasks and work autonomously

· Ability to work well in a small team

· Working with Microsoft Office, video conference platforms, and digital documents

· Client case management

· Effective time management
