Accounts Payable

About the Role

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who thrives on accuracy, autonomy, and variety. You'll be responsible for end-to-end accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and financial administration. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a well-established team while streamlining systems and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing and reconciliations.
• Process weekly payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain financial records and assist with reporting
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries
• Support month-end and year-end financial procedures

About You

• Proven experience in accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in accounting software; Jobpac experience highly regarded
• Formal accounting qualifications or relevant industry experience preferred
