Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Service Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our clients' onboarding and workflow – from initial contact to annual review.

This role is offered on a full time basis working 100% remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Take control of the new client onboarding, implementation and review workflow. Delegating workflow & tasks to our experienced offshore team.

  • Be the point of contact for clients and assist with any queries in a timely manner.

  • Oversee the engagement and renewal of fee consents.

  • Update Xplan to ensure client records are accurate.

  • Liaise with referral partners providing updates on mutual clients progress.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to address queries.

About You:

  • Must have experience working in a financial advice firm, completing the various tasks listed above.

  • Must have experience with Xplan.

  • Excellent communication skills and highly organised.

  • Knowledge around SMSF desired.
