The Clinical Nurses are a key member of the multidisciplinary team, providing educational support to others, planning, and evaluating nursing care and providing clinical supervision and nursing leadership as required. Providng best practise nursing care in the assessment and treatment of patients/residents to promote, maintain and improve their health, functional ability, and quality of life.
