Our Mosman & Cammeray stores are located on the lower north shore of Sydney.

You will be responsible for ensuring the store is operating efficiently to achieves great results. Whilst working closely with all internal areas of the organisation, it will work with your team to increase sales of the store and identify areas of improvement and cost reduction. In your new role as Senior Butcher you will be responsible for:

• Preparation and presentation of fresh meat products
• Complying with all areas of food safety & licensing.
• Inventory Management
• Create a welcoming environment of staff and customers
• Work and training teams to work with KPI's
• Deal with problems promptly

To be successful in this role you will:-

• Have minimum 5 years' experience in a quality retail butchery environment
• Experience training, mentor and supervise apprentices and casual deli team members
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to work well under pressure
• And a demonstrated interest in premium foods and their provenance.
