Clinipath Pathology is seeking a motivated and professional Urine and Drug Screening Collector to join our growing Commercial Department. This casual position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a supportive and expanding team delivering high-quality workplace testing services to a range of industries across Western Australia.

About the Role

As a Urine and Drug Screening Collector, you will be responsible for conducting on-site urine and drug screening collections in accordance with AS/NZS 4308:2023 standards. You will ensure accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality throughout the collection and handling process while representing Clinipath Pathology with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct urine and drug screening collections at commercial client sites.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative and company standards.
  • Accurately record and manage chain-of-custody documentation.
  • Handle and transport specimens securely and efficiently.
  • Provide a professional and discreet service to all clients and participants.

About You

  • The successful applicant must hold a current Drug and Alcohol Testing Training Certificate - HLTPAT005: Collect specimens for drugs of abuse testing.
  • Previous experience in workplace drug and alcohol testing or pathology collection will be well regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to travel to various client sites as required.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
  • Hold/ or willing to obtain a current National Police clearance
