Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Experienced or Senior Estimator located in Melbourne, VIC. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analysing project requirements, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and participating in tender preparation and contract negotiation.

Requirements

• Guided by strong ethics, accountability, and a commitment to working efficiently
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Prior experience in the construction industry is required
• Strong understanding of detailed trade packages (carpentry, tiling, cladding, etc.)
