Join Our Team at ARB as a Sales Consultant

Are you passionate about 4WDs and vehicle customisation?

ARB is seeking to recruit a talented, energetic and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our Karratha team.

This front-line sales role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to join one of Australia's most successful organisations in a position where they can really make a difference.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Answering sales inquiries both over the counter and by phone from consumers and automotive retail trade customers
• Preparing sales orders, quotes and proposals for retail, dealer and stockist customers
• Preparing the appropriate documentation to complete the sale
• Helping the team achieve the stores revenue and profit targets
• Continuously liaising with the branch Manager to ensure that all work involving fitting is completed on-time, in-full and to ARB's high standards
• Working at special events such as 4X4 Shows and Open Days
• Providing support and backup for the Branch Manager

What You'll Need

• Previous retail experience, preferably in the automotive/parts industry is desirable
• Strong passion for Sales with great negotiating skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Excellent computer skills
• A passion for cars, four wheel drives and outdoor lifestyle
• A very strong customer service ethic with high energy and enthusiasm
• Great follow-up skills combined with excellent attention to detail
• Retail display flair and creativity
• The drive and ambition to grow and develop within the business
• A mechanical aptitude and 4X4 experience is desirable
