About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Retail Store Assistant to join our team at our everyday, party, and gifting store. The role involves supporting day-to-day store operations, assisting customers, and helping with the initial store setup during the opening phase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with store setup and merchandising during the pre-opening phase.
  • Maintain visual displays and ensure products are well-stocked and presented.
  • Provide excellent customer service and product assistance.
  • Operate POS system, handle cash transactions, and process sales accurately.
  • Support inventory management, stock receiving, and replenishment.
  • Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Assist in promotional setups and seasonal displays.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Prior retail experience preferred but not essential.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during setup or peak seasons.

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $24.95 – $30.55 per hour
