Golf Services Management (GSM), Managers of Hidden Valley Golf & Country Club on behalf of Arcadia, are looking for an energetic Receptionist to join our team.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist at Hidden Valley Golf & Country Club in Wallan, to assist the team over the busy summer period. This is a Causal position with the potential to become Part Time in the future. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience and seamless operations for our facility.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a warm and friendly reception experience for all visitors, members, and guests
• Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
• Maintaining up-to-date booking records and managing the facility's reservations systems for Golf, Leisure and Accomadation.
• Assisting with various administrative duties to support the smooth running of the facility
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
• Proficient in using booking/reservation systems (MiClub & RMS) and general office software (e.g. Microsoft Office)
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of people
• A friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented approach
• Flexible schedule that will include Saturdays and Public Holidays and the Christmas and New Year period.
