What role will you play?
As a Senior Product Manager you will support the Pricing and Portfolio Management function and be responsible for driving growth through lending quality, broker experience, product performance and customer retention.
Your role will involve designing and delivering new product proposals in collaboration with teams across the Personal Banking Home Lending ecosystem. You will manage and enhance the existing product suite to optimise the customer and broker experience while ensuring our products remain fit for purpose. Additionally, you will oversee intermediary sales and customer retention initiatives, ensuring end-to-end business readiness. Maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and compliant product information for both internal use and market-facing materials is also a key responsibility.
What You Offer
- An understanding of the features, functionality, risks, and operational processes that underpin home lending products.
- Previous experience in a home lending product role is preferred.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving Skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including technology, distribution, legal, risk, and marketing teams.
- A proactive approach to managing deadlines and juggling multiple tasks concurrently, with an ability to prioritise effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build robust relationships with internal departments and external partners.
