Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, switches, and routers at customer sites.
• Perform hardware and software deployments, including operating system installations and updates.
• Set up and configure network equipment (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VLANs, routing, switching).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, configurations, and service activities.
• Provide end-user support and training when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Projects, Helpdesk, and Network Engineers) for escalations and project delivery.
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, security policies, and customer requirements.
• Manage tools, equipment, and stock required for field work.
• Travel to client locations as scheduled, with flexibility for after-hours or emergency support when needed.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience installing and supporting PCs, laptops, switches, and routers.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VLANs).
• Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and endpoint security tools.
• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and replacement (desktops, laptops, network devices).
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, diagrams, and configuration guides.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Current driver's licence (esusential).

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in IT/Networking (or equivalent industry experience).
• Vendor certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft) highly regarded.
• White Card / safety certifications (if required for site access).
