THE TEAM
As the result of personal growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for a high performing Team Leader to join our iPlay Tenpin City Coffs Harbour and Arcade venue as the new Duty Manager.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Coffs team has responsibility for opening or closing the venue, looking after our leagues, ensuring all the equipment and employees do their thing whilst also ensuring reporting, auditing, customer experience, prizes and FUN is happening at all the right times. Team leaders and customers service attendants support the Venue Manager to ensure our customers are well served and having a great time whilst at our Venue.
The role is responsible to ensure all customers and team members are safe, well and having Fun.
THE PLAYER
Successful Players will: Does working for a venue that most people only get to visit on their days off sound like a dream to you? What about collaborating with a VIBRANT, EXCITING and ENGAGING team that are specifically there to make sure customers are having as much FUN as possible? Too good to be true… think again
You will be spending the next few weeks working closely with our Venue Manager and Training and Development Manager to support all venue operations and learn all roles that the manager and customer service attendants undergo on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis with a strong focus on your local community to actively promote the venue in your local area, liaise with local businesses, community, and sporting groups. You will be a team player with bucketloads of positivity to drive your venue to success, taking your guests experience to the next level
About You:

Duty Manager applicants ($56-65,000pa) - Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Team Leader or Duty Manager, working on the day-to-day operations of a business.

Knowledge and experience of general retail, customer service and the entertainment industry.

Strong financial understanding in controlling wages, operation costs, stock levels, KPI's.

Able to prioritize work depending on day-to-day requirements.

Must be a "people person" who thrives on creating relationships and developing others.

Able to proactively motivate and encourage your Team to drive sales and take our guests experience to the next level

Reliable and proactive work ethic with exceptional attention to detail.

Flexible availability for shifts during the day, night and weekends.

Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards.

Available to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays

Bowling experience is a plus iPlay Coffs Tenpin has string bowls.
