Now, we're gearing up to open our brand-new Browns Plains store in early October – and we're looking for a motivated, experienced Store Manager to lead the charge.

YOUR ROLE

As Store Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of our Browns Plains store, ensuring exceptional customer service and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service and expert product advice
  • Lead, train, and inspire your team
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising
  • Oversee rosters, admin tasks, and store presentation
  • Drive sales and local marketing initiatives, including social media
  • Achieve and exceed store KPIs and performance targets

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Previous retail management experience
  • Strong customer service and sales background
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience in health food, supplements, or related industries (highly regarded)
  • Solid knowledge of sports nutrition, vitamins, and wellness products
  • Nutrition and/or fitness qualifications (a bonus)
  • Tech-savvy with basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
