What Will You Be Doing?

• Customer Service Excellence: Deliver an exceptional experience for every customer, creating lasting relationships and positive outcomes.
• Negotiating and Valuing Goods: Assess the value of second-hand goods and negotiate pawn loans and purchase prices that benefit both the customer and the business.
• Teamwork & Goal Setting: Work together with your team to hit daily targets and make sure every shift is successful.
• Keep Things Fresh: Help maintain our stores by cleaning, tagging, pricing, and managing stock to keep everything organized and customer-ready.
• Data Accuracy & Compliance: Keep up with quick data entry and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards.

What We're Looking For:

• A passion for customer service and making a positive impact
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
• An energetic and self-motivated attitude
• Adaptability—every day is different
• Knowledge of electronics, phones, laptops, gaming consoles, or jewellery is a bonus (but not essential)
• A background in customer service, retail, hospitality or dynamic roles is ideal (but not required)
