The firm represents major public and private sector organisations in high value transactional and advisory work across a range of industries. They also advise a number of Australian government agencies.

The Team

The Property team is engaged in a wide range of property related matters, encompassing development, acquisitions, sales, investment funds, and leasing. Their work typically revolves around substantial and intricate projects, often requiring bespoke contracts.

The team offers legal services to numerous prominent institutions, property owners, developers, and tenants across Australia's various state-based legal frameworks.

The Role

The Sydney office of this elite law firm is looking for
an
Associate with between 2 to 5 years' experience
to join their leading property team.

You will work across two well regarded partners in a close knit team environment which also includes special counsels, a senior associate and junior members of the team.

This unique opportunity will see you work across a wide range of high profile and interesting property matters in a truly collaborative environment.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of post-admission experience, with a background in commercial property, particularly in handling large scale property matters.
