Join our Drill & Blast team supporting operations across Western Australia.  You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of bulk energetics to our customer operations, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance

What you'll do

  • Operate MPU/bulk explosive delivery units to manufacture, transport and discharge product to plan.
  • Conduct pre-starts, calibrations, product QC checks and maintain accurate load/usage records.
  • Perform basic maintenance/housekeeping on MPU and associated plant.
  • Work collaboratively with Drill & Blast, Production and Geology to meet daily targets.

*What You'll Bring to the Role:*

  • Proven experience operating an MPU in surface mining
  • Current WA Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC)
  • Current HR (or higher) driver's licence.
  • Current Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence (mandatory)
  • Current High Risk Forklift Licence
  • Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 3 months)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Commitment to a ZERO Harm safety culture
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong work ethic
  • Strong safety mindset
