At Kanda, we're more than a care provider – we're a community. Backed by decades of experience, we deliver personalised support solutions that embrace the complexity of life. Our services span disability and NDIS support, children, youth and family services, aged home care, veterans' care, and community nursing.
Kanda are looking for passionate team members to support families to thrive. In this role you will:
- Provide intensive family support tailored to the needs of children, young people, and their families
- Implement evidence-based interventions, including parenting strategies and practical life skills coaching
- Support families to access community resources, education, and employment pathways
- Conduct home visits and engage in early intervention strategies to improve safety and wellbeing outcomes
- Work alongside Child Safety and other government and community stakeholders to deliver wrap-around support
- Complete documentation and case notes in line with legislative and organisational requirements
- Experience with frameworks such as Circle of Security, Parents under Pressure, Safe and Together, and Shark Cage is desired, but not required.

Requirements:
- Working with Children Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check or being willing and eligible to obtain prior to commencement
- Available to work across a full shift pattern (mornings, evenings and sleepovers)
- Valid Drivers Licence and access to a vehicle
- Attained or working towards a relevant Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Certificate IV (Community Services, Youth/Social Work, etc.)
- Experience working with young people/children
- Experience working in related fields, i.e. Family Support, Child Safety, family development and other Family related roles
