Diploma Qualified Assistant Director in Early

Star Academy Kids Early Learning Centre is privately owned and family run and is looking for a passionate Assistant Director to work alongside the Owner Director.

Your Responsibilities

*Daily operations of the service in meeting the regulations and centre policies
- Strong understanding of the NQS,EYLF
- Support the centre director in the leadership of the team to provide high quality learning and care.

*You will preform the role of the Director/Nominated Supervisor in the absence of the Owner Director

*Taking enrolments and building a relationship with families

*Mentor and lead the centre team

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience with an Approved Qualification Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate

*Child Protection ( CHCPRT001)
- Working with Children check

**Salary**: $45,771.34 - $85,000.00 per year
