About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dermatology Nurse to join our dynamic team at Dermatology North Sydney. This is a casual role, offering flexible work opportunities in our well-established medical practice located in North Sydney, NSW 2060. As a Dermatology Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting our dermatologists and providing exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting dermatologists during consultations and procedures
  2. Preparing examination rooms and maintaining a sterile environment
  3. Providing patient education and support, including post-treatment guidance
  4. Performing various nursing duties, such as wound care, dressing changes, and monitoring patient progress
  5. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring the smooth flow of clinical operations
  6. Collaborating with the broader medical team to deliver integrated, high-quality care

What we're looking for

  1. Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a dermatology or similar clinical setting
  2. Strong knowledge of dermatological conditions, treatments, and nursing procedures
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centric approach
  4. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  5. Proficient in using electronic medical records and other relevant clinical software
  6. Commitment to maintaining a high standard of care and professionalism
