- Providing crowd control and ensuring the safety of attendees at large-scale events
- Monitoring entry points, conducting bag checks, and enforcing access policies
- Responding swiftly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies
- Collaborating with event staff and law enforcement to mitigate potential risks
- Maintaining a visible presence to deter disruptive behaviour or unauthorised access
- Ensuring compliance with event-specific security protocols and procedures
- Valid VIC Security Licence
- Certificate II in Security Operations
- Current First Aid/CPR Certification
- Strong dedication, reliability, and commitment to safety and security
- Physically fit, with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- High level of computer literacy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
