Company Description
Baresque is a leading distributor and developer of quality interior finishes selling to the Architect and Design and contract furniture community in the hospitality, commercial and healthcare markets. Service is vital to our business success. We are renowned for our leadership in bringing a wide variety of quality contract interior design material and finishes from around the globe or manufactured in house to market. Job Description
About the Role
As Baresque's BIM Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing our BIM strategy, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and drives digital transformation across the business. You'll lead the creation, hosting, and ongoing management of Revit files for our product portfolio, setting up best-practice workflows, maintaining a robust BIM library, and helping our customers use our Revit files effectively in their own projects.
Key Responsibilities
- BIM Strategy – Propose and implement a BIM strategy for Baresque Group, including standards, protocols, and workflows.
- Revit Creation & Management – Develop, maintain, and update parametric Revit models of Baresque products; manage the BIM library and templates.
- Quality & Compliance – Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy, clash detection, and compliance with project specs.
- Customer Support – Assist clients in using our Revit resources and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaboration – Work with internal teams (Engineering, Marketing, Sales) and external partners to ensure smooth adoption and integration of BIM processes.
Qualifications
About You
We're looking for someone who isn't just a BIM user, but a true BIM Manager — a Revit creator with the ability to set strategy and manage the whole ecosystem. You'll bring:
- 5+ years of BIM management and/or Revit creation experience
- Strong technical skills in BIM software (Revit, CDEs, workflows)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement and manage BIM strategies that drive efficiency and innovation
- A collaborative mindset and passion for design
