About the role

Thomas Electrical and Solar is seeking experienced Solar & Battery Electricians to join our growing team in Molendinar, Queensland. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our renewable energy services and play a key part in delivering high-quality solar and battery solutions to residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and installing solar PV and battery storage systems for residential and commercial projects
  • Conducting site inspections and assessing electrical requirements prior to installation
  • Ensuring all installations comply with Australian electrical standards and regulations
  • Providing post-installation service, maintenance, and troubleshooting when required
  • Collaborating with project managers and team members to deliver high-quality outcomes

What we're looking for

  • Qualified Electrician with a valid Electrical License and SAA Accreditation
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the solar and battery storage industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar PV system design, installation, and maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and staying current with industry developments
