Heavy Diesel Fitters – Keep Civil Construction Moving

We're looking for an experienced and driven Heavy Diesel Fitter to join our team. If you're passionate about working on a diverse fleet—including earthmoving equipment, prime movers, trucks, and trailers—and want to be part of a company that values quality, safety, and culture, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Service, repair, and maintain a range of civil construction plant and fleet including:

  • Excavators, loaders, graders, and compactors

  • Prime movers, heavy rigid trucks, water carts, and trailers
  • Conduct diagnostics, fault-finding, and preventative maintenance
  • Attend breakdowns and support site teams with field servicing
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety standards
What We're Looking For
  • Trade qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter (Cert III or equivalent)
  • Experience working with civil construction machinery and heavy vehicles
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
  • Commitment to safety and reliability
  • HR licence and machinery tickets (desirable)
  • Ability to weld and carry out basic fabrication (desirable)
  • Familiarity with brands like Caterpillar, Kenworth, Komatsu, and Isuzu (advantageous)
