About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager - Aussie Homes, you'll drive the strategy, development, and optimisation of digital products and platforms that empower customers, brokers, buyer's agents, and real estate agents. This means shaping, delivering and optimising the tools and platforms that support discovery, decision‑making, engagement and transactions across the property journey.

This role is perfect for someone well-versed in product management and development, ready to become the go-to expert for all things product—from ideation, to launch, and long-term success. If you are product-led in your approach and eager to lead continuous discovery, this role is for you.

Job Description

What you'll do:

  • Define Product Vision & Strategy: Establish a compelling product vision and ensure the roadmap aligns with overarching business objectives.
  • Product Development & Delivery: Oversee the complete product lifecycle—from discovery and design through to delivery and ongoing optimisation.
  • Advocate for the Customer: Ensure products address meaningful needs and consistently deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Work effectively with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Compliance to achieve shared outcomes.
  • Lead Teams: Guide cross-functional squads, mentor team members, and cultivate a high-performing, product-focused culture.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise insights to prioritise initiatives, measure impact, and inform strategic choices.
  • Drive Innovation & Growth: Identify and implement emerging technologies, scale solutions thoughtfully, and sustain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years in digital Product Management, ideally in financial services, lending, or property
  • Proven track record leading products end-to-end with measurable impact
  • Exceptional communicator—able to challenge ideas respectfully and influence stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for creating outstanding user experiences
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
