Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree qualification,
  • New graduates or 4th year bachelor dregree students are encouraged to apply
  • Sound knowledge about regulatory standards, NQF, EYLF and early education theories.
  • Skilled and willing to continue supporting children's learning, parents and educators.
  • Assessment and Rating experience will be highly valued.
  • Provide effective leadership that promotes a positive organisational culture and builds a professional learning experience
  • Work in collaboration with Room Leaders and educators to guide and support their curriculum and planning
  • Personal qualities of coaching, mentoring and willingness to share information with other educators
  • Leading the process of documenting children's learning and development and establishing and implementing systems across the centre services.
