About the role:

Reporting to the Director - Allied Health Div RAP for this role, some of your duties included:

• Providing mentoring, appropriate training and supervision for junior or inexperienced clinicians as well as support staff
• Acting as a clinical and educational resource person for staff members and outside enquirers
• Organising, developing and evaluating all aspects of the department's resources
• Taking responsibility for approval, monitoring supervision and review of research conducted within the Nutrition & Dietetic department
• Undertaking management of difficult and complex cases

About you:

• Demonstrated leadership skills; an ability to promote teamwork within the department and with other health professionals
• Ability to apply specialist skills in assessing and resolving clinical problems in multi-disciplinary consultation and liaison
• A minimum of 5 years relevant clinical experience in a health service since qualification
• Proven experience in basic computing skills, including email and word processing
